There is no sony box as said in description. Controller, cables and ps4 pro works fine till now (6 days after delivery). There is no warranty, only the word of the seller. But there might be repair shops in case anything goes bad. Also the power plug provided has flat pins (probably imported console in the first place). GameLoot should have mentioned that. However you can get around this by using extension board that has flat pin socket. I recommend buying this if you want the console experience at a low price. Why should someone spend nearly 50k on a gaming console instead of a pc? Makes no sense to me. Save your money for a pc rig down the line. I have never played on a console before and there is definitely a learning curve to using a controller for shooting games, but at 24k rupees it is a good buy. But definitely I feel that nothing can ever beat a keyboard and mouse input. The PC master race is called that for a reason after all.

I bought ps4 pro pre owned from gameloot. I must say everything was so good.
1) Packing – Packing was exceptionally good. It took us quite some to unwrap everthing. No way the product could have been damaged.
2) Delivery time – I got it delivered in exactly 4 calender days.
3) Quality of the product – The product felt almost new. I have been intensely for the last 2 weeks and it works flawlessly. I also bought 3 pre owned games, UC4, CODMW 2019, and Watch dogs Legeion.
4) Customer Service – This was also exceptional. They received all my phone calls and replied to my facebook messages.
I would highly recommend gameloot for buying console and game buying

It came with the original box and well packed after the day I ordered. Lighting fast delivery.
Everything was there.
The console looks just like new. No scratches,wear and tear. The controller is excellent. I also did a battery test and it lasted longet than my expectations. No noise in fans. Superb condition.
