Orders placed before 11-30AM IST, on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. After your order is processed, transit time typically 3 to 4 business days, with delivery Monday-Saturday.

Extended warranty needs to be purchased separately and is not included by default
It does not cover any physical damage, accessories (Nintendo Switch Joy Con, Dock, Joy Grip), gaming controllers and consumables like the battery, wires, plastic parts, or any servicing
The extended warranty covers any internal hardware failure of your gaming console
If your gaming console has a failure, we will repair or replace it for you. For Special Edition or Limited Edition Consoles in case we are not able to repair the same we can only provide a replacement with a non special edition normal console with the same specifications (hard disk size and model)

We guarantee that your gaming console will be repaired or replaced and returned to you in a specified time
For a pre-owned console, that has 1 month warranty, our extended warranty starts the date you purchase your gaming console, with coverage beginning as soon as the 1 month warranty ends
For a new purchased gaming console, your extended warranty coverage begins once the first year of your manufacturer's warranty ends
For a new purchased gaming console, it will be repaired or replaced with a pre-owned console of the same model, as per Gameloot's discretion
This extended warranty service can be bought at the time of purchase or within the 7 days warranty period for new or pre owned gaming console
Extended Warranty Void If Seal is Broken, Tampered or Removed.
Extended Warranty Void If unofficial software is installed or jailbreaking a console.
